The Reinvention Lab is a mentorship and career development cohort delivered through a collaboration between Google Women Techmakers and Femme Alliance Network.
Designed for women ready to grow, pivot, or advance their careers, the program provides training, mentorship, and certificates in Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI, Business Analysis, Product Management, Data Analysis, Cybersecurity, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership.

Nomso Nnadi
Nomso is an award-winning Nigerian-Canadian transformational leader, speaker, community builder, and systems strategist committed to building spaces where women rise and bring others with them. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Femme Alliance Network (FAN), and is dedicated to advancing immigrant women in Canada through mentorship, leadership development, and inclusive communities. She has designed and led mentorship programs that support women across career stages, from entry-level professionals to senior executives. Her thought leadership and advocacy for women’s empowerment have been featured on Global News, Afrika Magazine, Immigrant Champions of Canada Magazine, and BBC Africa, where she has shared insights on how working women can prioritize physical and mental health for optimal productivity. Professionally, Nomso is an International Business Analyst. Her work streamlines operations and drives digital transformation using AI, change management, agile delivery and Digital Transformation at the University of Waterloo. As a tech entrepreneur, she builds systems and websites for startups and nonprofits through ProMentors Web Solutions, an impact-driven tech organization. She is also the author of The Album That Found His Way, a children’s book about identity and belonging. As a Public speaker, Nomso inspires audiences on topics such as career reinvention, leading without a title, and “Transforming Women and Girls into Leaders Through Mentorship.” She has spoken at the Google Women Techmakers Conference in Calgary on “The Power and Impact of Community for Women in Tech,” and at leadership forums across the nonprofit and private sectors. An Alberta Women's Impact Award Nominee, Nomso has developed and led numerous workshops that bring together seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs to support immigrants in navigating their transition into life and work in Canada. In her words, as shared with Global News: “Get to the top, but keep the ladder standing for the next woman.”
