Our Story
Femme Alliance Network (FAN) is the realization of a dream to create a space where women can thrive through mentorship, connection, and shared growth. The mission is clear: to empower women, especially BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and immigrant women to lead with confidence, achieve professional success, and foster personal well-being.

As newcomers to Canada, immigrant women experience the challenges of building a career, navigating a new society, and finding a supportive network. FAN was born from the need to address these challenges and provide women with the tools and connections they need to succeed.

FAN is more than an organization, it’s a growing community of women and allies dedicated to lifting each other.
